The approximately 40 sqm apartment consists of a roughly 30 m² living room, a bathroom and an outdoor seating area. It is very comfortably equipped and offers everything for the discerning user. Blue-grey carpet in the living room, oiled beech parquet in the kitchen and dining area of the dormer, a west-facing outdoor seat with a view over the park-like grounds. There are two beds with Swissflex sprung bases; on request we also provide bed linen. Flat-screen TV with cable connection on a TV table that can be rolled and turned as needed, DVD player, radio alarm clock, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine, 2-plate hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge – the essentials are there. Telephone and internet use are included (landline numbers only, no international or premium-rate calls). WiFi is available. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement. There is room for a clothes horse in the bathroom; a clothes horse and laundry basket are provided.

It is about a 300-metre walk to the tram stop Bahnhof Wilhelmshöhe and „Rotes Kreuz“.
Car parking space: The parking space about 150 m from the apartment is included (space 2).
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; it is only possible on the roof terrace. The apartment is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings.
